Reggio Emilia, 7th e 8th November 2008

Development and training days for people working in the doors and windows fittings sector.

Thanks to the great succes of the first edition, Open Week is coming back on the 7th and 8th November 2008. The event, which has involved over 800 operators of the sector, will offer once again two technical training days for doors and windows manufacturers.
All this will take place in ‘Corte di Villa Spalletti’ in Casalgrande (RE), which will accomodate the training routes, the promotional and advisory area runned by the Partners, the side and reception events.

This sector companies will become Partners of the event:
  • by taking part in the training events and making their own company reality known through the sharing of the most important thing: knowledge
  • by working as a consultant, the Partner will get in touch with the participants, getting closer to the manufacturer’s needs
  • by establishing important and solid relationships with the company directors thanks to the side events organized during these two days
  • by promoting their own products and innovations in an especially arranged environment, where they will be able to make the most of them
  • Open Week Partners will make use of the communication strategies reserved for them which will increase their company visibility.
They will also have the opportunity to meet the participants during special leisure moments.
The ones who will take part in these training days will have the opportunity to build up customised training and refresher routes.
The most interesting and important subjects of the moment will in fact be discussed in the Conference Rooms:

    7th November
  • the future of doors and windows fittings in europe: ec marking and manufacturers' needs
  • new business strategies: processes for innovation
  • thermo-acoustic performances: analysis of building innovations
  • 8th November
  • raw material 'wood': technical features and aspects of the environmental certification in the fittings production
  • from legislation: requirements and opportunities for thermo-acoustic fittings
  • developing the commercial network: from distribution to sales
